The Queen Mothership

The Queen Mothership (QM) founded by Kali J.N.S is a network of Black Americans that are dedicated to creating self-determination via urban villages, economics, technology, and land ownership. Through the creation of pocket communities or micro cities. The Queen Mothership strives to create innovative economic models that can be adopted by individual Black Americans who want to start a new chapter.

The Queen Mothership focuses on creating a blueprint and enterprise architecture for Black Americans to practice self-autonomy in today's time. Individuals can open up a chapter for their particular Queen Mothership community, enact governance, and take steps to build a micro-city. This Queen Mothership is focused on matriarchal and diarchal systems that melanated people created before colonialism. My approach to this research was based on studying pre-colonial tribes’ social structure and gender dynamics, usually their nobility class. I was specifically looking for how melanated men and women develop their governance which is what this enterprise architecture is based on.

A key component of QM's mission is the Chapter program. Chapters are formed by local groups and serve as the cornerstone of the Queen Mothership’s presence within a particular geographic area. Led by volunteer directors and participants from the communities. The Queen Mothership relies heavily on grassroots organizing and collaboration.

Our Ministries

Economics

The Queen Mothership uses a unique economic system that is based around community trust funds and a barter economy. This system creates an equitable distribution of resources by considering all members' needs. Theoretically, let’s say half of the  Black American population gives 5 dollars a month thats 20 million people multiplied by 5 which equals one hundred million dollars a month. Thats one billion two hundred million or 1,200,000,000. We can still make our goals if we had 200,00 to 5 million Black Americans.

Queen Mothership Villages

We develop sustainable villages and long-term plans for resource management and land use, as well as setting aside protected land areas to preserve local ecosystems. Communal initiatives such as community gardens, shared resources, and renewable energy projects are also important elements in building our sustainable villages. A Queen Mothership community is typically composed of 10 to 60 private homes that are clustered around shared community space on a parcel of land.

Governance and Chapters

With a Queen Mothership chapter, individuals can link up in small groups, purchase land and create a "microcity" that will serve as an example of what self-determination and innovative economic models can achieve. The Queen's Mothership has a governance system of one woman, one man, and one child. Our governance consists of two branches, the Admiral branch, which executes canons, and the Queen Mothership branch, which evaluates canons and makes decisions. The queen mothership branch contains the following councils: The Council of Elders, The Formidable Men council (men), The Queen Mothership Council (women), and the Council of Children.  The admiral branch consists of elected members: One man and one woman per chapter. Follow the Criteria in the Queen Mothership book to set this up.

QM Defense League

The QM Defense League is devoted to protecting the Queen Mothership village through martial arts and marksmanship. The league members are all highly trained in both disciplines and have developed a code of honor that all members are expected to adhere to.

Land Acquisition and Conservation

The Queen Mothership Village is committed to acquiring land that not only supports the vision of our vibrant and healthy community but also provides an opportunity for economic growth and development. We are actively looking for land to purchase or lease in order to expand our presence and create more opportunities for our members. Land conservation is of utmost importance to ensure the preservation and sustainability of our natural resources.

Culture

The Queen's Mothership is a unique place where Black American culture and tradition are embraced and celebrated. Spiritual Development is at the core of this culture, with special attention given to all facets of spiritual practice. Land Acquisition and conservation are also of great importance.

The Queen's Mothership also understands the importance of economics. We utilize two systems Community trust funds and barter service economics. The Queen Mothership also believes in a strong defense system to protect against any external threats. We believe in advancing science and technology. Lastly, education is also a major focus in the Queen's Mothership, with the Nakhti University providing quality education to students in the QM.
